The Nation Municipality invites tenders for mechanical and facility upgrades at the St-Isidore Recreation Centre, 20 Arena Street, St-Isidore, Ontario. Work includes heating, ventilation, dehumidification and hot-water system upgrades, along with ceiling, insulation and lighting replacement in hockey change rooms. The facility will remain operational during construction. A mandatory site visit is required. Substantial performance must be achieved by March 1, 2027. Award will be based on the lowest-priced compliant tender, in accordance with the tender documents. |
